The oyster farm spreads over 2,000 m2 of land and allows us to breed the oysters in claires or to pass in ponds throughout the year. It seemed essential to me today to concretize the valuation of our know-how and our constant commitment to satisfy our gourmets by the establishment of an internal quality charter.<\/p>\n<p>The care taken in our production and the selection of the best shells allows us today to present ourselves at the Concours G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Agricole at the Paris Salon every year.
